Turn 1 · Positioning directions
The prototyper between software and hardware
Three homepage directions using your current colors and fonts, each shown on desktop and mobile. 1d is the deeper page for the piece that went through five processes. All the copy is in first person.
Show part and process. Buyer guides say a hardware prototyper should pair CAD renders with photos of the finished part, plus notes on materials, tolerances and revisions.
Startups buy certainty. Freelancers who win startup work speak to tight budgets, fast turnaround and a lot of unknowns. Fixed first steps lower the barrier.
One person, all disciplines. Your edge is that mechanics, electronics and code come from one desk and one workshop. Every variant says that early.
My suggestion: use the
1b headline and Sense / Think / Move strip as the top of the homepage. Below that, show the
1a "three ways to start". Use the
1c grid as the Work page and link the
1d showcase from it.

You have an idea. I build the first one that works.
I'm Max, an engineer with a workshop in Vienna. I do the mechanics, the electronics and the code, so you're talking to one person, not three.

Good for: getting enquiries. Founders can see what they'd get and roughly how long it takes.
Watch out: the durations are placeholders, and you'd need to stand behind them. Prices can stay off the page.

Your software needs a body. I build it.
Got an AI model, an automation idea or some code that should touch the real world? I'll build the sensors, mechanics and electronics around it, and write the glue in between.
Let's talk about it

Good for: exactly the positioning you described. It speaks to software and AI founders whose idea needs something physical.
Watch out: it needs proof on the software side. Tyr carries most of that weight until there are more projects, so it needs good footage.

Good for: the portfolio side, for recruiters and partners. Your images are strong, so this lets them do the talking.
Watch out: a visitor has to work out for themselves what you'd do for them. Better as the Work page than the homepage.

Why it works: one object proves five capabilities, so you don't need to explain each one in the abstract. The same template fits the SLA teach pendant and the test fixture once the video is ready.
